About Searchli
Searchli is a small local search service for independent businesses: one experienced person, our own SEO software, and a straightforward way of working.
Who runs it
I'm Iain Campbell, based in Bridgnorth, Shropshire. I've sold online full time since 2017 and part time since around 2014, and I built websites and ran purchasing before that. I hold Amazon Ads' Sponsored Ads and Retail certifications.
I also run two directories of my own: Toothfully, for UK dental practices, and Big Cairn, for outdoor activity providers and instructors. Growing those in Google, week after week, is where the methods Searchli uses come from.
How the work gets done
Searchli runs on SEO software I built for my own sites. It pulls your Google Search Console data every day, crawls your site each week, scans Google Maps across your area and keeps a log of every change we make, so we can see what each change actually did.
AI tools do much of the drafting: page copy, Google Business Profile posts, ad text. Nothing goes live on your website or accounts until it has been checked, and if you'd rather approve each change yourself, you can.
What you can expect
- Plain English, and straight answers about what will and won't help.
- No guaranteed rankings. Anyone promising position one is guessing.
- Your website, domain, Google Business Profile and ad accounts stay yours.
- Rolling monthly plans. If it isn't working for you, you can stop.
Keeping things separate
Because I also run Toothfully and Big Cairn, the rule is simple: working with Searchli never affects a business's listing, position or reviews on either site, and businesses that don't work with Searchli are treated exactly the same.
